    Default Beetel 450 bx1

I have beetel 450 bx1. My problem goes as follows.
I have been getting low snr margin value (around 6db), high attenuation (50+ db), but I face no disconnection. The splitter does not have phone connection; just the main line and the adsl.
Now, when I connect my phone in the splitter port, I get good snr margin value (11+ db), and low attenuation (35 db). But I can't take this configuration as an option because I face frequent disconnections. Help!

The ADSL splitter you use : Who provided it ? there should be three ports.
    see this diagram .
wait. When a BB connection is available in a telephone line, the adsl splitter gives easy path to Audio signals and block the BB data entering your telephone.
All telephone to be connected to PHONE port of the ADSL splitter.

Yeah pal, I understand the diagram. I have changed splitters even. Result is the same.
As of now, with my phone modem connected to respective ports, I now experience a new problem. My signal attenuation has come down to 35db. But the snr margin is around 6db.
I had complained bsnl regarding this. I had mentioned to him the values. He said there must be problem in my cables, maybe my phone instrument, that I may be running parallel lines. He insisted on changing the cables.
(p.s.: I had requested the admin to send me an activation email, but couldn't send him one because his message box was full. Kindly take notice of this. Hope you do the needful. Thanks.)

    1.
Go to DSL menu page in modem and uncheck ADSL2 +
recheck SNR/Attn ( probably GDMT will be selected)
    2.
Seems a telephone line fault. Check for blackened contacts/ oxidization/high resistance contacts.
    3.
link WA3002-g4 will be useful for other settings for Beetel 450BXI.
    4.
additional link ( less wireless settings )
