Thread: Doubt Regarding Plan Change.

Hi.
I have BBG FN 500 plan. since 3 Years.I want to change my plan to either BB 500 C+ Combo or Combo 500.

Can anybody clarify me that whether I have to deposit 1 month security deposit or not ?I have checked BSNL website.They mentioned that no security for Combo 500 and 1 month security for BB 500 C+ Combo.

But when I got my new internet connection they take 500 rs security for my plan in advance at that time.

So now my question whether they will take 1 month security for then new plan or not ?

Please help me in both the plan case so that I will change my plan properly.

They charge one month rent as advance of monthly rent Rs. 500 or above.
Since you have already paid the Rs. 500 advance, you need not pay it again.

For any plan I dont have to pay advance ?
I can chose any plan from the above two plan.

For plans costing Rs. 500 and above, you need to pay one month's rent as advance.
