Hi , in (UsageDetail Portal) we are not able to check the broadband usage, they changed the procedure. Can any one tell how to check the usage. . .

Please mention your location. You may try your luck at any of the self care portals. You need to register there inorder to check the usage details.
Till then try any of the independent bandwidth meters. You can try Networx or Shaplus.

My location is Tumkur,karnataka.

I took BSNL broadband connection on Oct 2009, my plan is 500C combo, modem type2 UTStarcom.

Did you tried data.bsnl.in ? You need a portal ID to check usage in this site.

Use bandwidth meter, most of us use it.

Before i was using data.bsnl.in now they changed to selfcare.

Have you registered in the self care portal ? Try checking the usage details there.

send an ONLINE" complaint to All India site.

say http:/data.bsnl.in you cannot log in with 14 digit portal ID and PW as password ( default )

login to data.bsnl.in and enter ur portal id and pass. if u do not have ask bsnl customer care
