Angry Unable to check my braodband usage(Urgent Help)

Unable to check my broadband usage
As all know portal changed usage checking procedure and even existing user had to register account
I am unable to register there because they are asking for customer id which is on Broadband bill.
My customer no. is 14 digit long and there max limit for it is only 10 digit.
Not accepting my customer number therefore cant register.
    I am from nashik(maharashtra)

Is customer number and customer Id is same??
If not then from where i can get customer id??

    Thanks for reply

There is nothing like customer Id on my telephone bill
But there is a customer number and that is 14192090823647
This is 14 digit number and textbox there(register form) accepts only 10 digit number.

Please make a complaint "On line" here.
    http://mis.bsnl.co.in/pgs/internet/pgwebregn.asp
Can have NetWorx as standby usage meter from today.

If you are in chennai, by sending mail to "webmaster@chennai.bsnl.co.in", ask for Portal ID and password to check your broadband usage. Registeration is not required to check the usage.

if you are in some other city, please check the corresponding web portal to get the mail id.

    or

you may directly address specific broadband related complaints
such as Low speed or email bouncing to DE(NIB) at E-mail Address:
denibchn@dataone.in and inability to view usage or other usage/ username/
    password related problems to debb2@bsnl.co.in

I got the response in very next day. All the best.

Try a bandwidth meter till you are able to register in the selfcare portal. Shaplus and Networx are good options.

Users from Nasik ( Nashik )
    open Loading Portal...
Register as new user with your own UserID.
Password expected to be sent to your email address within a week ( hopefully )
Your consumer number as shown in telephone bill.
In the meantime to keep track of your usage from to day ,
down load NetWorx or shaplus meter.

    feedback.

Hello mates I am also from Maharashtra and I also faced problems with selfcare
    portal.

If you are not getting customer ID check your broadband bills. If there is no Customer ID on it then look for Account No. and try using that for registration.

On successful registration you will get message that your request is pending with call center executive and your password will be sent to you through e-mail.

Now if you have lots of patients then wait for them.

Otherwise simply call 1500 and tell them that you have registered on selfcare portal and need password to unlock account.

The call center executive will verify your identity and on confirmation provide you with temporary password to unlock account. This process will take about 10 to 15 minutes.

    Link for Selfcare portal:
    BSNL Customer Care Portal
