I am with BSNL Broadband connection Home-250 form the day of launching the same in my town. After using six (6) month all of a sudden I found that my E-mail with Dataone not functioning. On enquiry from BSNL local authority it is understood that I have to change my E-mail ID with Dataone in every Six (6) month by putting a written requisition to BSNL authority. Is it so? Any idea about this?
