    Default should i change the plan or wait

    i am on 1350 now i have complained about not getting 2 Mbps upto 15 GB, 512 Kbps beyond 15 GB to 1800-424-1600 but they have not rectified it yet today is 26th june i think i have to give request letter 3 days back so if i give on 28th june theres no problem changing plan from 1350 to 750 but i am afraid that i wont be able to get speed of 512kbps and i have many premium accounts from rapidshare , megaupload, hotfile etc i dont want to waste one month downloading at slow speed.

    You may complaint to Nodal officer or Appellate authority. Address and telephone no on the backside of your bill.

    Some other members have also reported about speed not increasing in UL 1350. May be it will come effect from next month.

    i am regular visitor to this forum many ppl on 1350 is also not getting 2mbps speed if they change their plan to 750 from next month please post what speeds are you getting.

    Call 1504 and ask them about the speed upgrade!

    My personal advice would be visiting their exchange and complain them!

    My broadband got error 678 for 4 days,i lost hope on Bsnl,After complaining on 1504 and on their exchange number infinitely,at the end i visited exchange,
    My problem got solved in no time!

    I just called 1504 and the IVRS says, this number dont have a valud broadband connection.
    Lol, WTF!

    Change it, why keep wasting money and pay BSNL for their mistakes.

    change plan.but u wil;l get onlyb 60 plus max.......
