Open utorrent and go to Option>Preference. Now go to Connection. Disable the UPnP port mapping and Randomize port at each start. Type 4567 in the port box. Now in the Bandwidth section 'Maximum Upload Rate'-5. Global maximum number of connections-200. Maximum number of connected peers per torrent-50. Now use open DNS 208.67.222.222
