Thread: Bhubaneswar BSNL's Nauseating Callous attitude

For the last one month, EVDO signal in Nayapalli area of Bhubaneswar has remained in off & on condition. Now it is there, now it is not. Umpteen number of cajoles, pleadings, and complaints failed to bring about any change in the lackadaisical casual attitude of BSNL. If any other service provider is around who can provide 2 mbps connectivity, I would immediately switch over to it. BSNL seems to be taking contemptible advantage of the monopoly market.

The problem is that there in no acountability in most such providers. They will happily take your money, send you prompt bills, threaten punitive/legal action in case of non-payment on part of customers, etc.

When it comes to their own backyard, they will forget everything. Because they know that the customer has no alternative.

But there is now help at hand. Consumer courts are there for you. You can take action. Admin of this site will tell you how. Just look out for any of Admin's posts - look at his signature and it has a link on how to fight the battle in the consumer court. It is not that complicated or time consuming.

Regarding another ISP, you could try Reliance Netconnect+ or MTS Blaze. But do not expect wonders from them.
