Thread: Slow BSNL Broadband Unlimited HUC-750.

Hi I want to resolve a problem. I have Bsnl Unlimited Plan 750. Its marked 512Kbps. But i get only download speed of 60-70Kbps. Online speed test result shows that download speed is 522Kbps and upload speed is 212Kbps... I am little bit confused... My neighborhood friend gets upto 110 Kbps.
My system configration is ....
Intel Core 2 Duo (2.93 GHZ)
2GB DDR2 ram
Realtek RTL8168D PCI E Gigabit Ethernet NIC Network adapter
500GB 7200rpm Toshiba hard disk
Syrma AR800 v3.0 modem
Type 2
Please help me to acheive least 100Kbps... Thank you

You are getting proper speed. It is just a confusion of the units these ISPs use.


1 B = 8 b

64 KBps = 512 Kbps
