i want to use mac filtering in my modem ut300r2u.

can u suggest me.

Check the WAN page. You will find an option to define white list and black list.

Type 192.168.1.1/main.html in " Always On " PPP/PPpoE mode
( userId PW entered in modem WAN page)
and Check under "Advanced options " Security or routing.

The UT-300R2U is not a wireless modem/router. What is the purpose of MAC filtering? Do you wish to deny some other computers from connecting to internet? Then why not just pull off the wire?

Besides there are tools that can spoof a MAC id. A clever person can always get around.
