how can i get ?
& where is find it?

Get the modem exchanged if you are looking for Port forwarding Virtual server options. ( when not in "Dialer" "bridged" mode )

but i am purchases modem so don't replace it. And BSNL karnataka not have any update of my modem.

says FW available for Utstar Type I and II modems/routers.

could reply to 2 , 3 and 4 also.
