I have to setup an home server i have created an(dyndns account) updated the software
i have set the dynamic dns option in router
and while i ping my dyn dns account it is redirecting to my router page and not to the localhost....

1.Post ping result.
2.Try your Home server from a different location.

what is the type of ur modem

put your server local IP address in the dmz hosts zone so that the external request lands on your server otherwise your ip request lands on the router.
