    Default Unable to log onto BSNL portal

    I started using BSNL broadband from 29/6/2010.The engineer handed me pre-generated user id and default password. But I am not able to log onto portal.

    I even tried to register myself but it said your request is pending.

    Is it a problem with everyone or i need to do something else?

    In fact portal ID and user ID is different.
    User ID is used to connect to the Internet, whereas Portal ID is used to check your usage and all in the BSNL portal. To log onto portal you need the portal ID.
    You can get your portal ID by contacting your local BSNL office.

    Confirm you are able to connect to Internet.
    Where you want to register again ?
    Wait for two or three days.

    Para two :
    If no Internet connection Select your modem/router and
    try.
    feedback.
