This is pure bullshit from bsnl according to me the speeds were changed from mid may. i have asked cc why it still not 2mbps upto 15gb they said they only give 512 kbps for home 1350 then i asked what is speed of home 750 they said 256 kbps the cc dont know new tariff from bsnl i had to tell them webpage address to confirm it is changed from may.anyway they have lodged a complaint lets see what happens.

I faced the same issue with ULF 1100. But speed became 2 Mbps by the evening. Shifted to UL 750. Enjoying 512 Kbps now. Call your SSA exchange and enquire.

    Hi

SSA has no control over the speed as it comes under FUP

just now lineman phoned seems they are checking line for fault what a shithyd ppl they just need to change speed from 512kbps to 2mbps on their server i am getting 60kbps not more not less it seems like the software engineers are working on fup which makes users change speed to 512kbps automatically after 15GB is used but its taking too much time

    Hi

They can set manually in the exchange also, If they are going to do in software i think you will not get 2 MBps for next few months As FUP is recently introduced by the BSNL
