Thread: BSNL Broadband plan change help

Hello, currently I have BSNL Home 500C+ plan. Now I have heard that BSNL has doubled it Home 750UL speed from 256kbps to 512kbps. I think of changing my plan. Please tell me how to submit request for plan change and within how many days this plan change will get in effect. Hoping for a quick reply from you. Regards.

Give a written request at your exchange. You just need to specify that name of the plan you want to change to. Myself shifted from UL 1100 to UL 750. Took a week's time.

Can't I request for my plan change from the selfcare portal. It had option for making request for broadband plan change. I didn't do it because its BSNL . Their service sucks.

Wise decision. I not sure if they have an option to apply plan change online. Till recent times, we have to give a written application. It works now also.

Please give me one suggestion whether It is worth plan change from 500C+ to 750ul. Because I do not download much in night (only 2 hours).

If you are not a heavy downloader, UL 750 suits you. I myself has UL 750. The speed is more than enough for browsing and with some effort YouTube videos too. But it is purely your choice
