Thread: Problem with connection

hello sir,
iam using tercom type-1 modem
i have problem in using my internet connection
i have downloaded firm upgradation and i have followed all the steps
given in the procedure
after upgradation .. every time my google chrome browser showing
"google chrome cannot found the given website"
after many refreshments site is opening .
But the internet connection is in enable state...
Plz suggest me how to solve the problem ..as soon as possible..

1. Use a different browser and try.

2. Ping Google and post the result.

3. Reset the modem to factory setting and configure it again ( Do not attempt if you are not sure what you are doing ).

4. Start > Run > cmd > ipconfig/all, post the screen shot.

Try Open DNS

after many refreshments site is opening

use google dns 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 in modem.
Confirm any entry for MTU. in modem. change to 1492.
