    BSNL has categorized usage into billed and unbilled. While checking usage, check between these. Unbilled is the usage for which bill is not issued.

    Most of us use a bandwidth meter to check the usage. Check one from Shaplus or Networx.

    Datafox has to get data from Bsnl portal/s
    Try this application from today and check accuracy later.
