Exclamation I Changed My Plan but still getting High Speed

I recently filled application for change of my Broadband plan from 500 Combo to 750 UL+. On BSNL Self Care Website, my plan is now 750UL+. But I am still gtting downloading speed till 2Mbps(and not 512 Kbps). I reconfirmed with BSNl call centre about my plan. They are also saying that its 750+. But i am afraid as I am still getting high speed(so may be still on 500Combo plan). What should I do to 100% sure?

    Check In The Usage Portal.
In The Order Status If Plan Change Is Provisioned Or Not
log to data.bsnl.in and your portal id and password.

I have already created my account on selfcare[dot]ndc[dot]bsnl[dot]co[dot]in/irj/portal and in broadband usage its showing
There is no Unbilled Broadband Usage for the Broadband Account

I can even check broadband plan on this portal and there its 750+ only. But as I am getting higher speed, so I am confused.

They might have forgotten to reduce your speed in server anyway exercise caution you may have to face huge bills.

I called Call Centre again. But They said that my plan is 750UL+ Only. I tried to explain them my situation but as all BSNL call centre people they are very dumb!

Any one Suggest me what to do!

Hold your downloads for this month and do as you were on 500c and see your bill and enjoy the speed if you are on 750+ and getting the speed at 2mbps.Yes, they are very dumb people.

Keep this bill for future reference

Take a screen shot of your plan status page and keep it for record. I don't think you will be charged for their mistake.

Do not worry, they will set the speed profile of your connection correctly in a couple of working days ..
