Default VOIP problem - How to disable BSNL user id

Recently I took the BSNL 250 plan. they installed the router. I would like to install VOIP to the router.
I dont have PC at home in india. BSNL provided the user id and password in order to access the internet.
    1. Is there any way I can bypass the user id ?
    2. Is there any other plan which does user the user id?
    3. Or any plan which is 24X7 online.?

Could you please send me step by step how to do this.

    Thanks,

PPPoE mode allows you to access net without entering id or password. It is also known as " Always On ". ie, your connection will exist until you switch off the modem. Please mention your modem make & model.

If you are a beginner follow the screen shots
    ( Ignore wireless settings)
The little I know about Dataone Broadband Services offered by BSNL
You have to enter your USERID say abc123 ( without @bsnl.in)
and Password in the WAN page.
rest no change. SAVE and reboot. wait for 2 minutes.

2.Check you can surf the Internet..
Then remove the RJ45 cable from computer end and connect to your VOIP ( Vonage ?) unit.
All automatic. See the error message in lcd screen .

    3. If OK connect another RJ45 from VOIP unit to computer.
