Does BSNL provides an E-mail id with every new BB connection ?
If yes, how to know what is my email id and password. What is the amount of space in MB that i get on that id.

Yes. You get a email ID also. It is nothing but username@bsnl.in. If you are still in doubt, call the local exchange. They keep it in their records. I think they give 5 MB. Not sure though. Haven't accessed my ID since a long time.
They have increased their mailbox sizes for home users to 20MB and business users to 100MB.
