Thread: I'm charged in excess although the usage details show below 2.5 gb

Please someone help me,i have uploaded my usage excel sheet

Find total for JUNE 2010 01/06/2010 to 30/06/2010
. Billing 1st to 30th of each month.
Presume you checked in self care portal.
. For July bill next month only.
What is your tariff plan?
Only about 33 minutes ( NU if any) has been added on 5th July 2010.
Average calculation data/hour:you can claim exemption later.

Its bb500 (night 2-8free) and i calculated the total of june it comes around 2493 i dont remember
please can you check my excel file


and also can you please tell me what all proof should i keep with me for a dispute with bsnl

i called up 1500 and inquired about my unbilled usage and it says 1016 rs
where as i used to get charged 660 always
i also did not exceed my broadband usage
i have uploaded my excel sheet please take a look for month of june

im having the same problem. i have the Home500 plan, so my limit is 2.5 gb. i've used totally 2.58gb but excluding night charges its onli 1.77gb. i use my unlimited timings from 4am to 7am only. so even though the bsnl portal shows that i have used 1.77 gb, my bill comes upto 720, even though the usual rate is onli 550 rs..pls help me!

Take a print out of the usage details and check with accounts officer.

happened same with me
just taken print outs from website and met the accounts officer from 100 bill my bill corrected to 550
in just 2 days.
hope u contacted accounts offficer directly

They charge for upload and download. possibly if u add both upload and download u may get the total usage.

this is not only your problem max BSNL customer face these problem and i also.
but i want BSNL office tell all things about the problem after that he reduced my bill. BSNL made my bill 2990 Rs & i reduced it only 442 Rs. its hues differents.


go to BSNL ofiice and tell them.
