Thread: no connectivity to internet

I am not been able to access internet for the last 2 weeks. The icon shows connected to network but not to internet. all the lights on the modem are on. I tried calling the national helpline. the local exchange. I even called the general manager Pondicherry circle. he just does not pickup the phone.
my number is 2655929. pondicherry ssa circle. substation kalapet.
can someone help me please.

1. Mention your modem - model and make

2. Start > Run > cmd > ipconfig/all, post the screen shot.

3. Enable DHCP in the modem. In the TCP/IP properties of your connection, set " Obtain IP address automatically ".
