Thread: ITI A211-I Type Modem & Router by ITI Ltd, Does has any Technical Problem ?

I use ITI A211-I Type Modem & Router by ITI Ltd, Provided by BSNL. Does it has any Technical Problem ? My net connection often gets disconnected and connects itself after sometime leading to a lot of interruption in net surfing. The DSL led light will be simply blinking on and off. Does modem has anything to do with this problem. Is anybody using this type of modem. How is your experience with this type modem. Please advise. Thank you all.

It seems to be a problem with the exchange. Ask them to help. In the mean time,

1. Check your splitter. Bypass the splitter and connect directly to the modem and check.

2. Make sure all connection come only after the splitter.




3. Post your SNR and attenuation values.

Please check in management or tools
Tr_069 client is enabled or not . If enabled disable it.
Try to change mod mode to GDMT.
Post as screen shot ( annexure jpg picture) connection status.

present data.
