Thread: what is the Bsnl's complaint no for huge bills?

I called 1500 this no and tried connecting to the customer care but there was no response , i almost waited for 3-4 hours keeping the receiver on the table and periodically checking if the customer care picked up my call but still the music was on ((((

is there any number wherein the customer care responds quickly????

But frankly speaking...no number...you need to visit personally to resolve such issues.

One thing good about 198 is that the faulty problems get solved soon but the customer care never picks up the calls
