Default Cannot access Internet on BSNL BB; help re settings welcome

I have a Broadband BSNL connection through WA3002G4 router and Netgear Card installed on my PC. My phone and BB went dead after a storm on June 12. I made several complaints and phone was finally restored on June 25. However, BB has not been restored till date and even though the lights blink on the router indicating connection has been made, I get no ``network'' or no ``internet access'' message. I even tried enabling the LAN in place of wireless but no success.
The BSNL did not respond to my complaint all these days and yesterday the engineer who came could not solve the problem. So I will have to do everyhting myself.
Here are the screenshots of the router. I would like help in restoring my internet connectivity by making changes in the router set up with the assistance from friends here.I am using old model of Tata USB and I have already run a bill of over Rs.5,000!.

    Test authentication with ISP:
    PASS

    1.
RESET the modem to factory settings from
    Management menu.
    2. Now try a "Dialer" mode connection by entering userId/PW
    in computer window.
    3.if not working
    4.access modem settings
IN WAN page select VPI/VCI 0_35.
    Rest ignore or delete.
    5. Select PPP/PPPoE instead of "bridged"
see link below for screen shots.
    6. Still problem
    copy/paste data here ( NO edit )
    Start RUn type cmd
    Ok
