Thread: Please help

I have BSNL Broadband connection,Plan-Home 750 unlimited
Modem is ZTE ,Model ZXDSL 831AII
My Modem's Firmware Version is ZXDSL 831AIIV1.0.1i_D18_IN
A week before all was well,
but after that I started getting BSNL MOTIVATE SITE when I opened my web browser,This thing iritated me for a week or so,
Then i decided to upgrade firmware and download Self care software and I installed it with succses,
Now All 4 Lights r thre in modem and i pinged and found all is ell,but not a single website is opening,not even google,therefore Im Stuck,PLEASE HELP
WHEN I CONFIGURE MODEM MANUELY,THERE IS NO ubr without pcr,
Instead ubr with pcr

first delete all those connections and add a fresh one connection name PPPoE_0_35 vpi 0 vci 35 service category UBR with PCR peak cell rate 8000 next CONNECTION TYPE PPPoE encapusultaion LLC/SNAP Service name dataone User name your user name password your password finally select apply
