Thread: speed increased

dear bsnl bband users from kalyan ( maharashrta ) i m using 750 ul plan which is having dnld speed of 256 Kbps but on bsnl portal there r new plans introduced which shows ul 750 plan with 512 Kbps but i still get 256 Kbps any one from kalyan area with same plan pls respond if new plan is implemented then how come old subscribers get less speed

Please contact the bsnl office . please go there and talk to the concerned authority to get your problem solved. as far as i know Bsnl office at kalyan,ulhasnagar etcc suckss.because even i stay near you

Contact the Senior Divisional Engineer (SDE) and seek help.

If nothing works, complain to Nodal officer or Appellate authority. ID and phone no on the back side of your bill.
