Thread: Chargeable Units(KB) Excluding Night Unlimited ? Where ?

Good day Friends.....
Today i noticed this:

In my broadband usage page, Chargeable Units(KB) Excluding Night Unlimited field is showing value 0 even for day surfing.

Why so ? I have 500c home plan...which means its not free during day time..
Correct me if i am wrong.

Ya. Displaying zero is only for unlimited plans. Go to post paid orders, enter the telephone no in the prescribed format and hit "search order". Post the screen shot after blackening personal details.

I know that.

I am logging In,
then View Your PostPaid Usages,
then Select Service Name,
then Select Usage Month and clicks SEARCH,

and i gets that result as the screenshot mentioned above.^^


Now dont say to ask any officer for this !!

ok..i got that..

Telephone number: std+number
service ID : ******@bsnl.in

and then

its showing "SORRY NO RECORDS FOUND"

Don't enter service ID, just enter telephone no in the format 22#2232538 and hit " Search Order ".

OK

It shows:

Order Number :
Order Activity :New Connection
Plan Name :BBG FN Combo 500
Order Status :Provisioned
Service UserId :
Phone Number :
Service Effective Date :10/07/2010

Now say ??

Strange. What is the speed you are getting ?

when i checked on

its showing

download speed :6.11 mbps (5mb:7sec, 35mb:46sec, 800mb:17min)
upload speed :0.41 mbps


Oooooohhhhh......

Check here. and get a record for two or three tests.

All schemes double speed/ free download fist 15 days , for new customers etc do not seem to be available after 1st May 2010.

Is it good or bad....??

Two days ago i got free airtel Mobile Office (Internet on PC through sim-GPRS) for 5 days
i enjoyed it.....

There was an old offer. 15 days 2 Mbps unlimited for new connections. May you are in that scheme.

Hope so....but i m going to wait n watch for some days......who knows whats their plan....!!!

Correct me if i am wrong:

The amount of KB we surf/download is shown in the field "Download(KB)"

If its daytime then same amount will be shown in "Chargeable Units(KB) Excluding Night Unlimited" field.

and if its night time then value "0" will be shown in "Chargeable Units(KB) Excluding Night Unlimited" field.


If its so then mine is odd one.......m i right ???
