The ADSL Bit Error Rate (BER) test determines the quality of the ADSL connection. The test is performed by

One small question, when I had done my BER test, the max. speed logged was 7804 Kbps.

Does that mean that's the max. possible downstream speed available for my connection ?

Or should I use the SNR Margin/Line Attentuation rates ?
