    Please mention

    1. Modem - model and make

    2. Which mode are you in ? PPPoE or Bridge

    PPPoE - ID and password stored in the modem. You just need to switch ON your modem to browse internet.

    Bridge - As you mention, you need to enter ID and password in a dialler. You need to click " Connect " button in the dialer to connect to internet.

    Which mode are you in ?

    3. Also mention, which game are you trying to host.

    @sarthak
    have to make that dial up connction
    All ports are open when you are in Dialer "Bridged" mode .
    You have to change to A;ways On" PPP/PPPoE mode and uncheck "bridged" and select PPP/PPPoe and enter your userId and Password in the wan page etc.
    i can make my own server.
    For this you may have to use ddns option
    .
    Mention your modem model/make number. ( check in links given below )
    and the application you need to PF.
