BSNL - Offers the most worst customer support in Broadband Connections. I have a simple problem, my 5 pair cable in the street is damaged and has 15 cuts, but even after 2 months time of repeated complaints no one from BSNL bothers to change the 5 pair cable

Don't suffer in silence. The quality of BSNL's CC is legend. Either change to a better provider, if the option is available, or take your complaint higher and higher up BSNL's hierarchy and get it done asap.

the more you kick... the faster your problem will be solved. but don't irritate them....

just keep on calling them politely....
request them......

A written complaint to Nodal officer or Appellate authority may work. Address and phone no on the backside of your bill. Call them and seek help.

See brother there is a rule for customer as far as BSNL is concerned, if your problem is not solved with in 3 day time you are entitle to get rebate on your rental. Go through the BSNL's site for details.

Making this a base just send him some letters and wait for their reply. Still your problem is not solved you better register a complaint against them with Consumer forum.

I don't have these problems with customer care. In area, they simply do not pick up the phone.

Yes you are right Bsnl is worst customer care i am agree with your statement. According to me i think you have change your Internet provider. You can use Reliance broadband plan. There are lots of good plan in Reliance like Reliance Broadband Unlimited Plans,Data Transfer Plans,Speed Selection plans,Postpaid Combo plans etc. You can try it i am sure that you like Reliance broadband customer care service.
