Irrespective of language of torrent content, you can use utorrent. It is recommended by most of the trackers. You can also try Vuze and check. More than the torrent client, you need to select good torrents for higher speed. The seed to peer ratio should be high. Try downloading from private trackers who has higher no of seeds.

Pirate Bay is the best, and Utorrent is best torrent client.

I use Bit Comet.

me using bit torrent coz sometimes u torrent sucks.....
