Thread: is this NORMAL OR ABNORMAL?????

i took 500 combo plan in month of b november 2009
and without intmating me they changed my plan to 600 plan
with same 2 .5gb usage with 2 mbps speed




is there a right for thm to change plan
coz
i had govt employee discount of 20 percent


so now im geting 480 bills plus taxes extra


if i had stick to 500 combo plan i will get less bill right????






anyways now my 2nd problem is....


i am getting speed of 170-180KBPS speed which means 1.4 mbps ......right????


but they promised upto 2 mbps na.....
is there any chance for me to file complaint regarding it???
or is it normal???
coz my frnd gettig 220 -240KBPS
and iam nearer to exchange thn him.......

I am not sure about the plan issue but I used to get 220kbps earlier but now my download speed hover around 150-170kbps. I have tried each and every thing but the speed is not increasing. Infact I had a big fight with BSNL people but nothing changed.
