Me too has the same phone. I am able to browse properly. Modem AR 800V v3.0.

Go to the " wireless settings " page on your modem and disable the encryption type and check. You can later enable it and use a password.

1. Mention your modem - model and make

2. Start > Run > cmd > ipconfig/all. Post the screen shot.
