Yes, you can connect to broadband with out using dialer in your pc/laptop.
Just, by configuring the modem/router in PPPoE mode you can connect to the internet without using any dialer from your pc/laptop.Moreover, you can share the single internet connection on more than one pc/laptops simultaneously.
