    Most user's forget to give feedback , whether their problem is solved or not.
    Feeedback negative or positive is always welcome, as both give more info
    to user's of a particular modem/router etc.

    is this modem required driver update is yes plz post link from where i update
    i am using this modem using LAN card. modem no. is S4U+ v1.0

    ?? Port forwarding ?

    It will help you get better speed by properly assigning connections. Do it only if you see a orange triangle or red orb on the bottom of utorrent. You can also switch to bridge mode where there is no need for port forwarding as all the ports are open.
