I'd taken BSNL WLL with internet connection in Dehradun in May. It never worked. The speed was terribly slow. I made lot of noise in BSNL for this issue. Finally I understood that if you don't like it return the connection.
By the time BSNL had raised a bill of Rs. 1200 for nothing. Now when I went to cancel the connection last month they said that some rennovation working is going and we'd not accept any disconnection requests this month. Since I did not pay the initial bill, now I've got another bill with June rental, finally this month I've given them disconnection request that too after paying whole bill amount otherwise they don't accept the disconnection request at all!
I feel myself fool of my self, what can I do now?
Can I use RTI to dig into this pathetic service?
