Thread: Sites not opening on 1st try..

Hello..
I have 2 broadband plans , Home 1100 15Gb Combo and 500C .

500C works fine, with no problems.

But on 1100 line, sites are not opening and they start opening after refreshing the same URL 20-30 times in 10-15 mins.

Its so frustrating.

Line was just rectified and my connection was corrected. It just started yesterday.
What can be the problem ?

1. In the TCP/IP properties of your ULF 1100 connection, enter the DNS values as 208.67.222.222, 8.8.8.8.

2. If not working, enter in the ULF 1100 modem.

Im on a MAC, so it has to be entered on the Modem.
Can you please tell which part of the modem configuration, it has this field to neter DNS ?

Do I need to delete the current 2 and enter those 2 as new ?

2. Same page. In the modem, delete the present entry and add 208.67.222.222, 8.8.8.8

Is there any option to backup modem settings ?

Admin > Backup & restore > Take back up

DNS CLIENT
DNS RELAY

I just deleted the 2 IPs on DNS CLIENT page and added the 2 , which you gave me.

Do I need to do the same on DNS RELAY page as well ?

Its Terracom Type-2 Wifi Modem, ADSL2.

Not sure. Do you feel any difference now ?
