Thread: MODEM configuration Resetting

am using bsnl broadband since few months (750+) in pppoe mode ,but from few days my user id in modem is suddenly changed to multiplay and password is unknown also other configuration in on lan NAT, virtual server i.e port forwarding settings, and dhcp server settings keps on resseting, and when this happens i am allocated a wan ip in range of 10.x.x.x, also no sites opens in browser ,nor any other programms works which tries to connect to net in other ways my net fails to works,,plz help

Selct your modem/router from link/s given below.
RESET the Unit to factory settings .
Reset access can be in the rear or at the bottom near right side ( a small round hole)
