Enter only phone no. No need to enter the customer ID.

Then after long debate/argument/discussion I've requested to shift my plan to 2799 limited. It's very funny that BSNL people told me that the money I've paid for bills (for which I didn't get the service), will not be compensated and also they suggested me to try changing plans until I get a suitable one for me. Honestly, I couldn't stop laughing at that.

I don't blame those exchange people. They came to know about the massive plan change by BSNL management after I told them. They were completely in the dark and no one from top level ever bothered to inform them about all those.

Top level BSNl people are nothing but a bunch of no-life morons.
I absolutely agree with you. Can't we, as a group, question BSNL's filthy service in a Consumer Court? I appeal to all forum members to seriously give it a thought.
And yes, I have still been wondering why meetdilip is so goody goody about BSNL and its abominable service.

Yes, definitely we could take some steps against BSNL. They don't understand one basic condition of being true professional, we pay them for service, so they'll provide the service. Nobody is asking for favour. It appears to me that BSNL is running by some super natural power. They don't have any kind of coordination at any level. Even it seems their machines don't have any coordination/communication between them! Bandwidth allocation system goes by it's own way, billing system goes by it's own way. And at the end of the month BSNL people get their full salary and we pay full for service despite not having even half the service. And that should be stopped.

I don't think meetdilip should be held reponsible or blamed for defending BSNL. As if I had have a good service from BSNL I would be advocating for BSNL on this very forum. This is also a fact that BSNL is providing fairly good service in many part of India. I'm pretty sure there's many lucky chap in this forum who get some outstanding performance from BSNL. And I personally don't like such bumpy performance line

Thank you Meetdilip for the post. I was trying to confirm the plan changes but the local(Dibrugarh,Assam) BSNL office could not provide me any information.I am thinking of changing my BB combo home 1100 to home ULF 900 for the speed as my download need is not much. Thanks to Caesar also for confirming the speed.

Always welcome. Please note that ULF 900 has an FUP of 8 GB after which the speed will reduce to 256 Kbps.
