Thread: from bsnl500 to bsnlul750 billing

hi guys,

for the past i used BB500C plan., now i got change to UL750 plan from today (august 1).

i informed the bsnl office to change my plan to UL750 on july 19th. and now i got changed my plan

the question is., will they limit the bandwidth upto 19th july?., will i have to pay for the bandwidth i used beyond july 19th?

if so they limit the usage upto july 19th., what is the new bandwidth limit.,i used upto 1.78mb., how much they will charge me?

Go to data.bsnl.in, log in using your portal ID, under post paid orders enter the phone no in the prescribed format and hit " search order ". No need to enter customer ID, only phone no. is enough. Post the screen shot after blackening personal details. Check the effective date and plan status as provisioned.

You will be charged according to the effective date. If effective date is 5 th of this month, you need to pay for 1 -4 according to the old plan and then unlimited.

the 500c plan closed on july 19th., and i used 1.78gb(excluding night unlimited), how much i will be charged?

Did you checked your effective date ? What was it ?

If you plan's effective date is July 19th. For first 19 days, 19/30 * 2.5 GB data. If you have exceeded that, you will be charged extra. That means you will not get full 2.5 GB for July. After that 11/30 * 750. Hope it is clear now.
