Hi All,
I am BSNL Broadband user from Faridabad (Haryana) SSA.
The issue is -- BSNL is not sending telephone bills from last 3 months i.e May, June & July. When I called there customer care they said that some kind of billing system update is going on in Faridabad and bills will get generated only after 1st week of August.
Would like to know if anyone else from Faridabad SSA is facing same issue.

and when they ask switch to a different ISP or buy a new Wireless broadband stick
