Hi,
I was willing to apply for a BSNL connection (Home 750 UL/ 512kbps) after canceling Airtel due to their FU Policy.
But, I needed some feedback on Customercare of BSNL. Are they prompt in getting issues fixed on time?
Secondly, how long does it take to get the BSNL connection after the date of applying.
Any help will be appreciated![]()
