iam using BSNL BB with 250 plan some few days iam getting speed very slow.is this BB problem or my PC problem?idont no

Please provide complete details like, Modem/Router name and make, Operating System, from how long you are facing this problem, is it time limited problem or your connection is always slow.

In first hand you can try to
Restart your modem router, check if you have any torrent or download running on anyother computer running on same router and run speed test and post results here
