how to check usage for 117.xx.xx.xx ip add range( kalyan ,maharashtra )

go to data.bsnl.in and fill the log in. Now select the 'Postpaid Service' and select service name and usage month.

You have to register at Loading Portal...
//selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in
initially.
with a USERID of your choice.
You will get password from BSNL.
Thereafter you can check your Usage, etc
BSNL is decentralising the usage web sites.

I tried to register at the site mentioned after entering the customer id and selecting the continue option the message "This customer id is already registered in the system" comes some days earlier when I tried there was a message saying that "Your registration is pending with BSNL for authorisation". Though I never registered at this site, seems some issue with the software while registering.
