I’m a bit confused about the plans BSNL introduces. I first saw the revised plans last month on the site.So I contacted my customer care here at Aurangabad and I filled a form for changing the plan and he said it will be done.The plan is a combo plan of 1100 with speeds upto 2mbps.I took a followup of my status on the numbers he gave me they flatly said that the form has not reached as yet. I called Broadband section help in my city and they said it will be done on the 1st of next month and the lady says talk to her senior he said register at the new bsnl selfcare site and change the plan there. For 10 days it was a harrowing experience since the site was not opening meanwhile I got in touch with the customer care guy and he had a new story he lost the application so I had to fill in another and then he tried to do something and said there is a problem the plan is not changing I sent a complaint to pune and soon I will get in touch with you.Days have passed nearing a month and I managed to register on selfcare site finally and gave a complaint in the complaint option provided and even a plan change.
I did not receive any call as yet from bsnl and my complaint status yet says resolved. Its so absured what has been resolved ? whom should I get in contact? When my complaint is resolved why isn’t my plan change reflected on the site. Today again before posting I checked the bsnl site to my horror the 1100 plan has been dropped. Now I’m totally confused should I go for a 1000 UL plan or a 750+Ul plan. I download movies music etc. Customer care is so pathetic they made me run pillar to post for a plan change,pushing the blame on their servers and personell. The folks at BSNL 1500 helpline and customercare are not well conversed with the plan changed by BSNL in April and they don’t posses sound technical knowledge.
What you folks suggest which is a better plan in terms of speed unlimited and whom should I shoot a complaint at higher level to get my job done.
