    Smile Bsnl iso customer care

    Hello Folks,
    I’m a bit confused about the plans BSNL introduces. I first saw the revised plans last month on the site.So I contacted my customer care here at Aurangabad and I filled a form for changing the plan and he said it will be done.The plan is a combo plan of 1100 with speeds upto 2mbps.I took a followup of my status on the numbers he gave me they flatly said that the form has not reached as yet. I called Broadband section help in my city and they said it will be done on the 1st of next month and the lady says talk to her senior he said register at the new bsnl selfcare site and change the plan there. For 10 days it was a harrowing experience since the site was not opening meanwhile I got in touch with the customer care guy and he had a new story he lost the application so I had to fill in another and then he tried to do something and said there is a problem the plan is not changing I sent a complaint to pune and soon I will get in touch with you.Days have passed nearing a month and I managed to register on selfcare site finally and gave a complaint in the complaint option provided and even a plan change.
    I did not receive any call as yet from bsnl and my complaint status yet says resolved. Its so absured what has been resolved ? whom should I get in contact? When my complaint is resolved why isn’t my plan change reflected on the site. Today again before posting I checked the bsnl site to my horror the 1100 plan has been dropped. Now I’m totally confused should I go for a 1000 UL plan or a 750+Ul plan. I download movies music etc. Customer care is so pathetic they made me run pillar to post for a plan change,pushing the blame on their servers and personell. The folks at BSNL 1500 helpline and customercare are not well conversed with the plan changed by BSNL in April and they don’t posses sound technical knowledge.
    What you folks suggest which is a better plan in terms of speed unlimited and whom should I shoot a complaint at higher level to get my job done.

    BSNL has withdrawn ULF 1100. Complain to Nodal officer or Appellate authority. ID and phone no on the backside of your bill.

    Check your present tariff plan in BSNL Portal or
    http://selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in ( if your town is listed here )
    You should have got the bill by now and give feedback, how your BB usage is charged.
    Check your speed here and post data here.

    I shot a complaint as mentioned,but still confused about the plan for an unlimited plan. I thought of 1000Ul plan . What do you suggest plan with good speed? .This is the budget i can go so far.

    check the usage/tariff link below for all details.
    Old name/new name for tariff plans are being changed often.
    Some plans are available only in certain States/circles.
    Generally speaking Old Home 750 U/L speed now 512Kbps should be enough.
    Assuming average speed of less than 25KB/sec working 12 hours a day you can
    download approx 1 GB daily.

    Try ULF 1350 if you can afford. Only this plan gives 512 KBps after FUP. If your budget is below Rs.1,000 , choose UL 750.

    List of all plans and tariff from BSNL, check yourselves.

    New update folks my selfcare site says my complaint status as "Resolved",similarly when i contact the main exchange here to check my status of plan change it shows "IN Process" when the customer executive checked my status in his access.I wanted to opt for 750Ul as nothing seems to happen and the 1100 UL plan is dropped by bsnl on their site,he said my order as already issued and till that order does not implement or close i cannot generate another order for change of plan.ORDER issued to WHO and WHERE they dont know? Neither any BSNl folk contacted me on my phone.Bust since its 10 days passed if the plan is implemented will it take immediate effect from the 1st or from any date it is implemented.The process is so slow to solve one problem they have only one answer software problem,didn't these guys check out the software before implementing it ?.I was told the plan is changed in bangalore and not pune. Why in bangalore?...if so what number should i contact to check my status instead of running pillar to post to these idiots here.
    Can you imagine this customer care executive tells me its not possible to change the plan online only they have access to my status.The fella doesn't even know that with the new selfcare software its possible. He cross checked with me did u do it online? Just imagine the pathetic state of customer care at bsnl another fine example.
    The Customer care they engage you in sweet talk and turn tables at you,you feel you are at fault and approached the wrong guy....try it yourself at 1500.
