    above are the following my modem setting (utstarcom WA 3002G4) but i did not get the maximum speed of 8mbps instead of only i getting 1.89 mbps speed pls help me

    Get your line checked by the line man. Just make sure there are no joints in the line from junction box to your home. Mostly it is due to poor line condition.

    confirm adsl2+ mod mode selected.
    SNR should improve more than 10 dB and attn reduced less than 30 dB
    Check adsl splitter connection/s and remove any extension phone in other rooms.

    Check speed at http://mybroadbandspeed.co.uk
    and report speeds correctly.

    What is your BB plan? Are you subscribed to the 8 mbps plan? Or are you looking at the attainable rate? Attainable rate is a therotical maximum speed that your line can achieve. That does not mean that, that is the speed you will get.

    BTW, your telephone line appears to be very noisy. Have a look here: SNR Margin and Line Attenuation - What do they mean?
