Thread: No customer Service

I deposited the form to BSNl Broadband plan chance last month I was told that my plan will get changed by 1 of this month but my plan was not changed I contacted the nearest BSNL office they asked me to contact to no 1500 and they will only guide me what is happening, I called the customer care at 1500 but they said only local authorities can help me it is out of their scope of work.
I don’t know what to do my work is suffering because of that

You need to contact the technical section for help. It is a myth that plan change happens on 1st. It normally happens in first week. Talk to customer care or local authorities and ask for the no. of Senior Divisional Engineer (SDE). He will be the right person to help.

If nothing works, complain to Nodal officer or Appellate authority. Address and phone no. on the backside of your bill.
