Thread: BSNL Rs. 98/- Data Plan

Recently I purchased a micromax USB modem and BSNL 2G sim. I recharged it with Rs. 98/- plan which is supposed to give 2Gb data transfer for one month validity. But amount is being deducted as per usage plan: Rs.0.01/10KB.

I did not get 2GB for one month as mentoned in BSNL website

I do not know what to do and whom to report. Any suggestions!

Whats the speed your are getting?

I think u need to call customer care and activate that 98 UL plan
I had the same problem with airtel , lost 100Rs. surfing @ 30ps/50kb charge

you said 2g, i hope you mistaked and mean 3g sim.

Its not 2g or 3g sim, he said he gets 2GB (Gigabyte)

Pls check ur actual balance before and after usage... it may be the same...

on the user interface of micromax, click USSD.
type *112# then click send
you will receive a menu.

Now type 2 in place of *112# then click send
you will now know how much free usage data balance you have.
If No balance, then
I think your retailer might had forget to recharge your SIM with Rs 98
