Thread: Info about Connected Users

Hi Friends,

I have Teracom WiFi Broadband Modem. I have a question regarding the information about the users connected to the connection. For example if somebody from outside connected to my connection then how would i know ? Do i need to go to 192.168.1.1 ?

You can set a password for your connection. Only those who know the password can connect.

Ok i agree but what if my conn. is open. For example if my friend next door is connected to my conn then how would i know ?

go to 192.168.1.1
Check ARP table. It lists all devices presently connected to the router whether it be dynamic/static IP. I.E. IP address is assiged by the DHCP in the router or manually assigned to the network card of the clients.
